The Nussbaum SMART LIFT 2.35 SL EV is an electromechanical 2-post lift built for electric vehicle work. The front section of each EV lifting arm swivels 180°, giving flexible pick-up and clear access under the floor where the battery sits. With a 3,500 kg capacity, a low 2,890 mm column height and a flexible installation width, it fits into most car workshops.

Features

A SMART LIFT with lifting arms designed around the battery: they reach the vehicle’s pick-up points without crossing the pack underneath.

EV Arms That Clear the Battery
The front part of each arm swivels 180°, so the pick-up points can be reached without the arms getting in the way of the battery pack under the floor.

Lifts Heavier EVs
3,500 kg capacity, lifting in 46 seconds and lowering in 40 seconds, to a lifting height of 2,014 mm.

Fits Low Ceilings
A column height of only 2,890 mm, with the cable connection run either through the floor or over a height-adjustable cable bridge.

Flexible Installation Width
Asymmetric, 2-times telescopic arms and a flexible installation width suit a wide range of cars.

Safety Built In
Automatic arm locking, a second safety nut under the lifting nut, a wear check on the lifting nut you can see at a glance, and CE-Stop included.

Materials & Tech

The spindle carrying nut system consists of a rotating spindle and a low-wear lifting nut made of high-quality Nylatron®. A second safety nut under the carrying nut additionally secures the system. The arms are secured by an automatic locking device. The lifting nut can be inspected by the user by means of an easily visible optical wear check.

Foundation at least 200 mm deep, C20/25 concrete with standard reinforcement
12 dowels (depending on the foundation, see the manual)
