Genesis Equipment only exists because of our incredible team. Today we would like to introduce to you our Care Taker, Stephen Snr Clifford. Stephen Snr was one of the founders of Genesis when created back in 2017.

We asked Stephen Snr a few quick and quirky questions so you can get to know the man who drives us (pun intended!).

What is your favourite thing about being part of the Genesis Equipment team?

Everyone’s care for each other and the can-do attitude. The confidence I have in everyone. Very proud of the team and our growth together.

How does a typical day in the office begin for you?

My typical day starts in the car, where I spend the time catching up on the phone with our exceptional overseas partners. When in the office, my first port of call is a walk around and have a brief G’day (chat) with everyone. Then down to work!

When it comes to your role, what is your biggest pet peeve?

How COVID has affected the world. Most challenging being; overseas supply chain, shipping, and national freight.

Do you have a favourite quote and if so, what is it?

“Only stress if it is in your control, do everything possible that you can within your control”

What was the first concert you ever went to?

Not really got into the emoji thing, must be too old fashioned. I do like using the ….. and !!!
