Advanced Bead Breaking System

  • Side shovel bead breaker with 15” width capacity
  • Delivers 25000N force @ 10 bar
  • Foot-controlled operation for quick bead loosening
  • Three-way adjustable blade for increased versatility

TCX.PRO Assistance Column

  • Bead roller to push bead into drop center
  • Travelling bead pusher arm for keeping the bead in drop center during rotation
  • Bottom disc roller to assist with stiff or wide tyres
  • Rim pressing cone for external clamping on low-profile tyres
  • Simultaneous height adjustment of all tools

WDK-Approved for Secure Tyre Handling

  • Ensures safe mounting and demounting of UHP and run-flat tyres
  • Provides additional protection for alloy rims
