Wheel Balancer G.20

The Beissbarth G.20 is the touchscreen model in Beissbarth’s compact balancer range – the same German engineering, 4.7-second cycle and ±0.5 g accuracy as the G.20 LCD, with a 17″ industrial touchscreen in place of the LCD panel.
That screen is the reason to choose it. Graphical step-by-step illustrations guide the operator through each stage, so a new starter can balance correctly from day one and an experienced tech can move faster. It works with gloves on, and program selection is a tap rather than a sequence of button presses.

Everything else is automatic. The data arm measures rim distance and diameter and selects the clip-on or adhesive weight program. Virtual sonar in the wheel guard reads steel rim width without a gauge, and closing the guard starts the cycle. The internal line laser and LED lighting show exactly where each weight goes, and the wheel stops 15° short of the correction point ready for placement.

At 1100 x 960 mm it suits tight bays, runs on standard single-phase 230 V power, and takes wheels up to 914 mm and 75 kg.
