QuickJack Ute and SUV Storable Lift 8000TL

SKU: 5175659

Dual-cab utes and 4WDs have outgrown a lot of the gear built to lift them. The QuickJack 8000TL raises 3,629 kg on standard-length frames — 907 kg more than the 6000TL and 454 kg more than the 7000TL it replaces — with heavier 318 mm frames and a 622 mm working height. Portable, and rated for the vehicles most Australians actually drive.

  • 3,629 kg capacity for utes, 4WDs and heavy daily drivers
  • 318 mm reinforced frames
  • 622 mm working height on stacked blocks
  • 1,797 mm frames sized to standard wheelbases
  • 89 mm collapsed height
  • Automatic dual-position safety locks

Compare across the range:

  • Lift points further apart? The 8000TLX carries the same 3,629 kg on 1,930 mm frames.
  • Only lifting cars? The 6000TL is the lighter, slimmer option at 2,722 kg.
  • Accessory: the Frame Extension Kit adds 152 mm of spread, taking the 8000TL to 1,676 mm.

Features

This is the strength option, not the reach option. Frame length and lift-point spread are the same as the 6000TL — what changes is what the structure will carry, which is where most portable hoists run out of rating on a modern ute.

Rated for a loaded dual-cab — 3,629 kg covers the kerb weight of nearly every ute and 4WD sold here, including the heavier turbo-diesel variants.

Wider, heavier frames — 318 mm across, up from 279 mm on the 6000 series, spreading the load through a stiffer structure.

Balanced hydraulics under heavy loads — the flow divider holds both frames in step and independent shut-off solenoids prevent imbalance if you stop part-way up.

Still fits underneath — 89 mm collapsed. Higher-riding vehicles are no trouble, and it will still slide beneath a sedan.

Adapter kit for high-clearance vehicles — the optional SUV and Light Truck Adapter Kit adds stackable contact pads for utes and 4WDs whose lift points sit well off the ground.

No slab, no anchors, no permanent install — a flat floor rated to 3.5 N/mm² is the requirement. Nothing gets bolted down.

Materials & Tech

Carrying 3,629 kg takes more steel, not a bigger pump — the power unit is common across the QuickJack range, and what changes on the 8000 series is the structure: 318 mm frame width, thicker cross members and revised weld geometry. Preassembled hydraulics, with a flow divider and per-cylinder shut-off solenoids to keep a heavy load level through the cycle. Fluid capacity is 2 L — ISO-32, ISO-46 or ISO-68 hydraulic fluid, or Dexron VI / Mercon V / Mercon LV automatic transmission fluid.
  • Left and right frame assemblies (not interchangeable)
  • Hydraulic power unit with pendant control
  • 4x medium rubber lift blocks (51 mm)
  • 4x tall rubber lift blocks (76 mm)
  • 2x short hydraulic hoses, 2x long hydraulic hoses
  • 2x frame-positioning handles
  • Fittings, thread tape and setup instructions

Optional

  • SUV and Light Truck Adapter Kit
  • Pinch-weld blocks for unibody vehicles
  • Frame Extension Kit
  • Wall hanger set for vertical storage

Premier Autotune Workshop

Genesis was transparent with me, and answered all my questions, they weren't trying to sell me anything or push hoists onto me. They could see my plans and what I needed for the future for all the types of cars I service. And they provided me with solutions for what is going to work for my workshop and the future. I’m confident with Genesis Equipment and the BendPak hoists they’ve supplied me.
