QuickJack 6000TL Storable Car Lift

SKU: 5175627

The QuickJack 6000TL is the standard-length portable car hoist built for the cars most people actually work on. It carries 2,722 kg — 454 kg more than the 5000TL it replaces — and lifts a vehicle to 610 mm of working height in around 30 seconds. When the job’s done, both frames wheel out and stand against the wall, and the floor space comes back.

  • Lifts 2,722 kg, up 454 kg on the superseded 5000TL
  • 610 mm working height on stacked blocks
  • 76 mm lowered profile slides under low-set cars
  • 1,778 mm frames sized for standard-wheelbase vehicles
  • Dual-position automatic safety locks
  • Rolls away and stores upright between jobs

Compare across the range:

  • Working on something longer? The 6000TLX carries the same 2,722 kg on 1,930 mm frames.
  • Lifting utes or 4WDs? Step up to the 8000TL for 3,629 kg on the same standard frame length.
  • Accessory: the Frame Extension Kit adds 152 mm to the lift-point spread, taking the 6000TL to 1,676 mm.

Features

Standard frame, standard lift-point spread, and enough capacity for the overwhelming majority of passenger cars on Australian roads. For a home garage or a light workshop, the 6000TL is usually the right answer before anything else in the range is considered.

Reworked hydraulic power unit — a pressure-compensated flow divider keeps both frames moving together through the whole cycle, and independent shut-off solenoids on each cylinder stop pressure drifting between sides when you pause mid-lift.

Capacity that covers the driveway — 2,722 kg takes in almost every sedan, hatch, wagon and small SUV you’re likely to own or service, with headroom left over.

Reinforced where it counts — thicker cross members, revised weld geometry and updated pivot joints hold alignment through the full range of travel.

Two locking positions — the lock bars drop in automatically as the frames rise. Once engaged, gravity holds the load; a power cut or a hydraulic leak won’t bring it down.

Sets up once, then it’s quick — the hydraulics come preassembled from the factory. After the initial setup, it’s connect the hoses and go.

Stores like nothing else that lifts this much — 76 mm collapsed, urethane wheels on each frame, and a handle opening at the label end.

Materials & Tech

The power unit arrives preassembled from the factory, so first setup is a matter of connecting hoses rather than building a hydraulic system from parts. Inside it, a flow divider splits oil evenly between the two frames, and a shut-off solenoid on each cylinder holds position if you stop part-way up. Frames are welded steel with reinforced pivot joints. Fluid capacity is 2 L — ISO-32, ISO-46 or ISO-68 hydraulic fluid, or Dexron VI / Mercon V / Mercon LV automatic transmission fluid.
  • Left and right frame assemblies (not interchangeable)
  • Hydraulic power unit with pendant control
  • 4x medium rubber lift blocks (51 mm)
  • 4x tall rubber lift blocks (76 mm)
  • 2x short hydraulic hoses, 2x long hydraulic hoses
  • 2x frame-positioning handles
  • Fittings, thread tape and setup instructions

Optional

  • SUV and Light Truck Adapter Kit
  • Pinch-weld blocks for unibody vehicles
  • Frame Extension Kit
  • Wall hanger set for vertical storage

Premier Autotune Workshop

Genesis was transparent with me, and answered all my questions, they weren't trying to sell me anything or push hoists onto me. They could see my plans and what I needed for the future for all the types of cars I service. And they provided me with solutions for what is going to work for my workshop and the future. I’m confident with Genesis Equipment and the BendPak hoists they’ve supplied me.
