The Stertil-Koni HDLT-20 is a heavy duty EV battery lift table built for truck, bus and fleet workshops. It raises and lowers batteries, e-axles, engines and powertrains up to 2,000 kg with fine roll and pitch control, so heavy components line up with their mounting points instead of being forced into place. It runs on its own battery with no leads across the floor, and moves between bays on its wheels or by forklift.

Features
Built for Heavy EV Components
Lifts battery packs, e-axles, engines, powertrains, drivetrains and chassis components up to 2,000 kg on a 2,100 × 800 mm platform.
Roll and Pitch Fine Adjustment
Adjusters tilt the platform up to 5.8 degrees in roll and 2.3 degrees in pitch, so a battery pack can be matched to the vehicle’s mounting points to the millimetre.
Centre Scissor Stability
A centred scissor mechanism on a wide base frame keeps the load balanced and reduces tipping forces, and the scissor is finger-safe.
Remote Control
The operator controls the lift by remote and sets the lifting and lowering speeds to suit the job. It reaches full height in 30 seconds loaded.
Locks, Stop and Brake
17 mechanical locking positions, an emergency stop and a foot brake keep the load under control at every working height.
Cable-Free Operation
A 12 V on-board system with an integrated charger and charge indicator means no power lead across the workshop floor and no trip or drive-over hazard.
Easy to Relocate
Moves on its own wheels, with foot protectors, and has forklift pockets for moving it around the site.
