The Nussbaum Universal Lifting Frame 1.25 turns an existing 2-post lift into a controlled way to lift EV battery modules, engines and other heavy components of up to 1,250 kg in and out of their transport crates. The frame sits on the lift’s own pick-up pads and is secured with locking pins, so nothing on the lift is modified and there is no extra floor equipment to store.

Uses the Lift You Already Have
Fits standard 2-post lifts with pick-up pads up to 128 mm in diameter and 32 mm high. There is no conversion to the lift and nothing to install.

The load is taken at the centre of the frame, so battery modules and motors rise and lower level and under control.

Lifts high-voltage battery modules and engines up to 1,250 kg in and out of transport crates precisely and at a comfortable working height.
