POWER LIFT HF 3S 5000 DG HSV
Minimize electricity consumption with this lift’s pulling hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders also protect the hydraulic circuit during intensive use.
HyperFlow® hydraulics automatically bleed air from the compressors at the height of every lift, which keeps the arms in synch while reducing cylinder maintenance. The fewer moving parts inside POWER LIFT HF 3S 5000 DG HSV also limits service calls.
Designed for the operator’s ease of use, the control column gives easy access to a 220 V socket, compressed air connection, and submerged oil motor. Nussbaum’s custom welding machines seal the arms and columns before these workshop assets receive shot-peen strengthening and a powder coating finish. A fine visual result for all Mercedes and Euro car service departments.
The client’s vehicle stays secure on the hoist with automatic safety latching every 100 mm up to the maximum 2055 mm. Mechanics operating the safety switch control the column manually when necessary. Nussbaum Technology (NT) removes click and clack noises during lifting and lowering, and allows immediate lowering after release of the latch.
