OEM approved Mercedes servicing lift. POWER LIFT HDL 6500 SST DG lifts a 6500kg load capacity designed for Euro workshops. Made by Nussbaum with German hydraulic 2 post hoist engineering in Kehl-Bodersweier, Baden-Wurttemberg.
Double jointed arms increase lifting power and give mechanics a hoist that services passenger vehicles sized from tiny cars to long wheel base vans.
Nussbaum’s patented Safety Star Technology (SST) synchronises both post’s cylinders to a tenth of a millimetre while mechanically locking the load at the mechanic’s preferred working height.
Arms mounted on roller bearings slide comfortably into place supporting the vehicle and then locks them pneumatically
Each column features its own operating unit and independent power pack , with customisable hoist width and height placement at installation, to maximise ease of use in real life workshop conditions.

This Mercedes servicing lift takes on a heavier than average load for a 2 post hoist so workshops can help a huge range of Euro cars and vans. User-friendly double jointed arms fit exactly onto all support points specified by vehicle manufacturers using Nussbaum’s roller bearing arm design.
POWER LIFT HDL 6500 SST DG at installation gives workshops generous options for different widths and heights to accommodate available space.
Mechanical lock engages at any chosen lifting height, matching the vehicle to the mechanic, with neither ropes nor ratchets adding to maintenance.
Columns connect via an electric cable, not hydraulic hoses, with the cable either attached to the floor or across the top in a cable bridge (please specify attachment type to your sales person when ordering).
Safety Star Technology (SST) lifts the columns in synchronicity to a tenth of a millimetre.
