The Ranger R80EX is a tilt-back tyre changer with power assist towers on both sides, set up for high-volume workshops that change a wide mix of tyres every day. It clamps wheels from 13 to 34 inches on the inside jaws and takes tyres up to 1,194 mm (47 inches) in diameter.
The left tower carries a travelling drop-centre tool, a lower bead-lifting disc and a pneumatic wheel restraint. The right tower adds dual power-drop upper bead rollers, a second bead-lifting disc and a sidewall roller. Together they take much of the physical strain out of stiff and low-profile fitments.
The towers tilt back out of the way for removing and inflating tyres, and the bead loosener is run from a single lever on the shovel handle rather than a foot pedal. A 3 HP motor, maintenance-free gearbox and TurboBlast bead seating complete a machine built for steady, all-day use.
